The Harford Cecil Volunteer Firemen’s Association (HCVFA) is dedicated to promoting harmony, cooperation, and efficiency among the fire and EMS communities throughout Harford and Cecil counties in Maryland. As a regional component of the Maryland State Firefighters Association (MSFA), the HCVFA is comprised of volunteers from various local fire and EMS companies. The association also features an active ambassador program that is committed to promoting vital fire prevention and life safety education within the community.
